Nancy Wilson and Maisie Richardson

The jazz musician Nancy Wilson a three-time Grammy Award winner was born on February 20, 1937, in the city of Chillicothe, Ohio. Her parents were ironworker Olden Wilson and the former Lillian Ryan who worked as a housekeeper. Nancy is the eldest among six children. Nancy loved listening to the records of her father and his love for music. When she was just four, Nancy knew she would be a singer. She was able to develop her talents by singing with the church choir. At the age of 15 when she was 15, she got a spot on an audition on television and started appearing regularly in The Skyline Melodies Tv Show while still in High School. It was at that time that she began to work in nightclubs at the at the same time. Nancy was just 17 at the time she completed high school. After enrolling at Ohio Central State College - now Central State University - for one term, Nancy left to be an experienced performer. Her first record was recorded in 1956 with Rusty's Carolyn Club Big Band. The band performed with her throughout 1956 and 1957. Nancy's first Dot Records recording was made during her time in the big band of the Carolyn Club. Cannonball Aderley suggested that she move in New York so as to enhance her career. In 1959 she moved in The Big Town. Within a month she got an offer to sing at The Blue Morocco Night Club situated on Boston Road in The Bronx the place where her agent heard her and signed her. Capitol Records released 5 Nancy Wilson albums over a period of two years. She initially focused on rhythm and blues, under Adderley's influence, she began to move away from R&B and began to embrace music from jazz and torch. Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley joined forces in 1962 and helped push her up on the charts. In 1963, she scored her biggest hit by releasing Tell Me the Truth. The following year, she was asked to perform in New York's Coconut Grove, the most sought-after club in America.

Maisie began as an actor in the year 2012 as part of Our First World. Ellie was her character in 2013's short film Americano and Rum. In the year 2015, Korr Sella appeared as a cameo in Short Wars The Force Awakens. She played Chloe Winthrop in Netflix's original film The Kissing Booth Season 2 and 3.
