Nancy Wilson and Maisie Richardson
Nancy Wilson (jazz singer) was born to Olden Wilson who was an ironworker in Chillicothe on the 20th of February, 1937. Her mother, Lillian Ryan worked as a household servant. Nancy was the first out of six kids. The passion for music that her father had and his collection of records at home were a huge influence on Nancy at the age of a girl. In her early years she had already developed the impression of who she was as well as what she wanted to do. The choir at church was instrumental in developing this talent. She won a TV-talent show at the age of 15 and started being a regular on the tv show Skyline Melodies while still in high school. It was at that time that she began to work in night clubs at that similar age. After graduating from high school the 17-year old Nancy was enrolled for a semester at the Ohio's Central State College now Central State University before dropping out and becoming an accomplished musician. The first album she recorded was with Rusty Bryant's Carolyn Club Big Band in 1956 with whom she was on tour from 1956 until 1958. Nancy's first Dot Records recording was made while she was in the Carolyn Club Big Band. Cannonball suggested that she relocate into New York and go to The Big Town for the rest of her singing career. She was commissioned to perform at The Blue Morocco Night Club located in The Bronx which was where her agent had heard her. The agent he was working with signed her up to Capitol in 1960. She made her debut that year. Guess Who I Saw Today. Capitol has released five Nancy Wilson albums within two years. At first, she focused on rhythm and blues under Adderley's influence she moved away from R&B and embraced the torch and jazz genres. Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley's collaboration in 1962 was instrumental to propel her into the spotlight and her smash hit Tell Me the Truth was made available in the year 1963. Her first job was at the New York's Coconut Grove nightclub, America's top nightclub.
Maisie is a British television and film actress. Her most well-known role was her performance as Chloe Winthrop on Netflix's The Kissing Booth. The ABC Bible's Of Kings and Prophets she played Michal who was the child of Israel the King Saul. In addition she has TV shows include The Originals, Legends of Tomorrow and Group Chat With Annie & Jayden. Maisie Richardson Sellers is a British actress born in England. Joy Richardson was her mother. She attended an elite private school before finishing Oxford University. She holds a Bachelor's diploma in Archaeology. Maisie started her acting career with the film Our First World, released in 2012. Ellie played a role in the 2013 short film Americano and Rum. The actress appeared in a cameo role as Korr Sella as Korr Sella in Short Wars: Forces Awakening in the year 2015. Then she was cast as Chloe Winthrop, in Netflix's own original film The Kissing booth Season 2/3.
